Transferring a Tattoo Design from a Stencil to Your Skin
Skin Preparation
Cleanse the area with antibacterial soap and water. Pat dry gently.
Stencil Application
Apply a thin, even layer of transfer solution (available at tattoo supply stores) to the prepared skin. This acts as an adhesive.
Positioning & Securing
Carefully align the stencil on the skin according to your design. Press firmly and evenly across the entire surface of the stencil to ensure full contact.
Removal
Gently peel back a corner of the stencil and slowly lift it straight up, keeping the skin taut. If any areas don't transfer, reapply transfer solution and repeat step 3.
Post-Application
Avoid touching or rubbing the stenciled area until your tattoo appointment.
